Center for Mental Health, LLC	The Center for Mental Health, LLC is a Maryland State Licensed and Certified Program. We offer private and confidential out-patient mental health and substance abuse services. Some of the services available include individual therapy, group therapy, court evaluations, substance abuse education and treatment. The substance abuse program provides clients with techniques to avoid relapse and maintain a healthy long term recovery. The mission of the Center for Mental Health, LLC is to assist in achieving long-term emotional stability and satisfaction. All communication between the client and therapist is privileged and confidential. Services are provided by qualified licensed and certified professionals. The Center for Mental Health, LLC is dedicated and committed to practice under the highes standards of mental health care.
Message from the President
Dena Leibowitz, MS, LCADC President and Founder of the Center for Mental Health, LLC Dena Leibowitz, MS, LCADC has a Masters degree from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelors degree from Towson University. She has been practicing in the State of Maryland for over 10 years in individual, group, marriage and family, and addictions therapy with adolescents, adults and the elderly. In addition, she is licensed and certified in alcohol and drug addiction.
Our Scheduling and Fee Policy
The admission process is simple, to schedule an appointment for an initial evaluation/screening, call (443)803-3848 or (410)321-9311. FEES: Initial Evaluation..........$140.00 Individual Therapy..........$110.00 Family Therapy..............$110.00 Group Therapy...............$ 55.00 Substance Abuse Program.....$Variable Substance Abuse Education...$360.00 Urinalysis Testing..........$ 30.00 Fee adjustments are provided for those clients who are unable to afford the cost for treatment according to a Sliding Scale. Regular individual and group sessions are 60 minutes long. Payment is required at each session. The Center for Mental Health, LLC does not accept any credit cards or debit cards. Accepatable forms of payment are cash, check or money order. We do not accept third party reimbursement. For those wishing to use insurance we will be more than happy to process the paper work for you.
